Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) has announced Skyla Wray as the Employee of the Month for March. Wray, who joined GVMH in 2008, began her career as a Medical Records Assistant in Health Information Management before moving to Human Resources. Over the years, she has advanced through several positions and is currently serving as a Benefits and Compensation Specialist since 2021.
In her nomination, Wray was commended for her contributions to the team. She is noted for maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and supporting her coworkers by providing guidance and encouragement. Her role as a trainer has significantly impacted others' professional growth, earning her recognition for being helpful and positively influential.
As part of this recognition, Wray received a gift from GVMH and will have her name engraved on a plaque displayed on the main campus. Additionally, she is now one of 12 finalists competing for the 2024-2025 Employee of the Year award.
